Overhead Door Company of Greensboro was opened in 1972 in a small warehouse off Westover Terrace. The family run business expanded to become the leading authority of garage doors and openers in the Greensboro area. After the first five years, we outgrew our limited space and moved to a 10,000 square foot facility on Atwell Avenue. The business continued to grow outside the Greensboro area and expanded through out the Triad and Southern Virginia offering residential and commercial garage door products along with 24 hour emergency service.
We are now located at 3001 Flagstone Drive and have over twenty five employees. We have one of the largest showrooms and parts departments in the southeast. We are members of several Home Builders Associations and local Chambers of Commerce. We currently support two charities - Operation Smile and the Gilliland Foundation.
